The Elements of Coaching

As many of you know, teaching is my passion, and I'm absolutely thrilled to finally be offering a Holistic Life Coaching training.  While this will be a big commitment for both myself and my students, my hope is that it also serves as a catalyst to the self-growth of all attendees, as well as preparing them to recognize their own gifts and take them boldly out into the world.  This training will include elements of the many different ways I engage with my own clients, including as a coach, energy worker, motivator, death doula, yoga instructor, and spiritual explorer, to name a few.   

What You'll Learn: The training will be broken down into 5 sections taught through the lens of the elements.  Each section will have it's own coaching focus, as well as a related business module to help solidify and ground the experience.  This will help ensure that you not only have a deep understanding of a wide variety of coaching techniques, but also a tangible business plan post-graduation.   The session will include:

• 11 Bi-Weekly Group Immersions (8 Hours Each on a Saturday)
• 24 Weekly Group Brainstorming Zoom Calls (90 Minutes)
• Weekly Coaching Calls with Your Partner and Practice Clients
• 3 Individual 1:1 Coaching Sessions with Me
• Long-Term Support Post-Graduation
• Option to Participate in my Coaching Referral Program Post-Graduation
• The Invitation to Sit in on Any Future Trainings for "Refresher Modules"

FIRE:  Fueling Your Clients Passion | Encouraging Critical Thinking, Connecting to Purpose, Conscious Questioning, The Power of Perception, Getting Clients Motivated, Inciting Action Plans, Determining YOUR Coaching Passion & Identifying Your Ideal Client  

AIR:  Breathing Life into Your Coaching Practice | Working with Breath, Conscious Communication & Ownership Language, Standing in Truth, Finding Your Voice, Talking About Your Business - Elevator Pitch, Social Media, Etc.  

WATER: Feeling Connected & Going with the Flow | Tapping into Emotions, Conscious Language & Lines of Questioning, Group Coaching Exercises, Leaning into Your Intuition & Trusting Your Feelings, Knowing When to Pivot, Breaking Up With Clients, Allowing Your Business Model to Shift with Life Changes  

ETHER: Coaching Through the Intangible | Death, Dying & Grief, Energy Work, Meditation, Intuitive Exercises, Seeing Beyond the Physical  We will also devote some time to weaving all that you've learned together to create your own signature coaching offering.  By the time you graduate, my hope is that you will feel confident and secure in your ability to help others ignite their lights and change their lives.
