Learning about ontological shock helped me understand why periods of massive change can leave us feeling so deeply ungrounded, even when nothing appears to be “wrong” with us.

What if life coaching wasn’t about constantly becoming a better version of yourself? After more than a decade as a life coach, I still believe deeply in growth, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
