Goddess Circle

For hundreds of years, women have gathered to share their innate wisdom, compassion, fierceness, and Goddess energy.  Now, with lives that are busy and strained, we often forget to tap into the beautiful sisterhood that exists all around us.  I have wanted to begin these circles for some time, but it seemed like something always got in the way.  Now, in a time when we need one another more than ever, I feel called to begin them, once and for all.

WHAT:  These circles will be a sacred space for women of all ages to explore the archetypal energies of Goddesses from various cultures and to recognize how we both embrace and deny their aspects within ourselves.  Each month we will focus on a different Goddess and will work to expand our awareness of both the light and shadow sides of Her energetic imprint, as well as how they are currently playing out in our lives.  Sessions will include facilitated coaching exercises, conscious conversation, movement, mindfulness, and more.
