RECLAIMING YOUR WORTH LIFE COACHING PROGRAM

A 12-WEEK JOURNEY HOME TO YOURSELF
So many of us walk through life with the feeling that we’re not enough. Not lovable enough, worthy of rest, joy, success, belonging, or simply being fully seen.

Maybe you were taught, explicitly or subtly, that your value was something to be earned. Or the love you received came with conditions, intended or not. Perhaps you were left with the impression that your needs were too much, your feelings made you weak, or certain parts of you needed to be edited in order to belong.
So you got good at shrinking and performing. At becoming who you thought you needed to be to stay safe, feel wanted, or earn your place.
But somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with something important: your voice, your intuition, your desires, your boundaries, or simply the freedom to be a complicated, imperfect human without constantly questioning
whether you're doing it right.
Reclaiming Worth is a guided, one-on-one life coaching experience designed to help you examine the beliefs and patterns that taught you to measure your value in the first place. Not so we can build a more confident, healed, evolved version of you, but so you can begin to recognize something that was true before you ever started performing for your worth: It was never yours to earn.
This isn't about becoming worthy. It's about learning what your life might look like when you stop living as though you aren't.
WHAT THIS PROGRAM OFFERS
Through 12 weekly coaching sessions, reflection, embodied practices, and practical tools, we'll explore what has shaped the way you see yourself and experiment with what changes when worthiness becomes the starting point, rather than something you're forever working toward.

We'll explore:
-
Where and how you learned to connect your worth to achievement, approval, appearance, productivity, relationships, or being needed
-
The family dynamics, inherited beliefs, cultural messages, and life experiences that shaped the way you learned to see yourself
-
How self-doubt and the need to prove your value may still show up in your body, relationships, boundaries, work, and everyday choices
-
How to hear and trust your own voice, honor your needs, and become more comfortable with your sacred “no”
-
What it feels like to choose from self-respect rather than fear, performance, or the need for approval
-
How to make room for rest, pleasure, joy, connection, and simply being without feeling like you have to earn them first
This isn't about repairing a broken sense of self or becoming a more confident, evolved version of you. It's about questioning the conditions you learned to place on your own worth, and discovering what becomes possible when you stop.
Your worth isn't the outcome of this work. It's where we begin.

Reclaiming Your Worth unfolds in two phases over 12 weeks:

PHASE 1: Discovery | Weeks 1–6
Before we try to change anything, we get curious. We'll explore the experiences, relationships, expectations, and beliefs that taught you to question your worth or attach it to things like achievement, approval, productivity, appearance, being needed, or keeping other people happy. This isn't about digging through your past looking for everything that went wrong. It's about understanding what shaped you, noticing what you're still carrying, and recognizing the patterns that continue to influence how you relate to yourself and your life today. We'll make room for honesty without turning that honesty into another reason to judge yourself.

PHASE 2: Reclamation | Weeks 7–12
This is where understanding begins to become lived experience. We'll explore what changes when you stop organizing your choices around proving your worth. You'll practice listening to your own voice, honoring your needs, setting clearer boundaries, trusting your intuition, expressing what you actually want, and making choices from self-respect rather than fear, performance, or approval. Reclamation isn't about rebuilding yourself, but about learning to live as though your worth was never up for debate. Each week builds on the last through conversation, guided reflection, experiential practices, and practical tools you can bring into your everyday life.

Tools We May Use
This experience is designed to go beyond conversation alone. Because holistic life coaching recognizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit, our sessions may incorporate a variety of reflective, creative, intuitive, and embodied practices based on what feels most useful and appropriate for you. These may include:

-
Worthiness mapping and self-reflection journaling
-
Exploration of recurring beliefs, roles, and behavioral patterns
-
Guided dialogue with different parts or perspectives within yourself
-
Breathwork, grounding, and body-awareness practices
-
Boundary-setting and communication exercises
-
Guided visualization and practices for reflection, grief, release, and letting go
-
Personalized affirmations, meditations, and embodiment practices
-
Creative exercises designed to reconnect you with curiosity, desire, pleasure, and play
-
Practical experiments that help you bring what we're exploring into your actual life
Every session includes personalized reflection and practical ways to continue exploring between our meetings, without turning your personal growth into another full-time job.
What You May Walk Away With
By the end of our 12 weeks together, my hope is that you'll have:

-
A deeper understanding of where you learned to question or prove your worth
-
Greater awareness of the patterns that lead you to abandon your own needs, voice, or boundaries
-
More trust in your ability to make decisions without constantly seeking outside validation
-
Greater comfort expressing what you want, need, believe, and don't want
-
A more compassionate relationship with the complicated and contradictory parts of yourself
-
A stronger connection to your body, intuition, values, and inner voice
-
More freedom to experience rest, joy, pleasure, connection, and play without feeling like you've earned them
-
Practical tools for navigating the moments when old patterns inevitably show up again
You don't finish this program as a new person, and you probably won't emerge completely healed, permanently confident, endlessly aligned, or magically immune to self-doubt. That's not the promise. The invitation is much simpler: To know yourself more honestly, to trust yourself more deeply, to abandon yourself less often, and to stop treating your worth as something life gets to put to a vote. You were never the thing that needed rebuilding.
THE JOURNEY: WHAT TO EXPECT
IS THIS FOR YOU?
This journey may be for you if:

-
You feel like you’re constantly trying to earn love, approval, or prove your value
-
You’ve done a lot of personal growth, but still find yourself wondering when you’ll finally feel like enough
-
You struggle with boundaries, self-expression, or allowing your own needs to matter
-
You know what it feels like to be overlooked, unheard, rejected, or not chosen, and those experiences still influence how you see yourself

-
You’ve gotten really good at being who other people need you to be and aren't entirely sure what you want anymore
-
You’re tired of treating self-worth like another thing you need to work hard enough to achieve
-
You want a space where you can show up honestly, without performing your healing, your growth, or your togetherness
This isn't about becoming “better,” and it isn't another twelve-week project designed to finally make you worthy. It's an opportunity to notice all the ways you've learned to question, prove, negotiate, or abandon your own worth, and begin experimenting with what life feels like when you don't. You don't need to have it all figured out before you begin. You don't even need to know exactly where we're going. You just need to be curious about what might change when you stop treating your worth like something you have to earn.
